Greetings, doomed souls. I wondered where everyone had disappeared to. A shame that The Secrets of the Kargatane had to shut its doors :'(. I'm actually writing to request some help with a Ravenloft play-by-email game. What I need is a couple of hard-working gamers that come online fairly regularly, have an instant messenger, and check their email often. Experience in DMing and familiarity with Ravenloft would be a plus, but the main thing is that can write descriptively, and have a good imagination. I need you to help me oversee a fairly large group of Ravenloft players in a forum-type game, set in Barovia (although the location can be easily shifted). The idea I had originally was that the players could travel from room to room (e.g. Blood o' the Vine Tavern, Burgomaster's Mansion, Banks of the River Ivlis etc) where a DM would describe the current activities and encourage the player to interact with NPCs, pick up items etc. It seemed to be going extremely well, but I got swamped with the number of posts I needed to make, and we've come to a grinding halt. I'd like to pick it up again, with a bit of assistance this time. I need some people to bounce ideas off, and to share the workload with me.
