1) Anyone know what time of the year it is in Krynn right now?
2) What are the requirements for the legion scout prestige class?

Thank you in advance.

Well, accordian to Dragonlance.com it is Bright Eye 5, Winter Night, but they are basically just translating our real world calender into Dragonlance's. The Legion Scout is in the Age of Mortals book.

Yes, I know. I don't have access to the book right now (no one in my group has it). I'd like to know the requirements for the PrC so that I can plan my character ahead.

Alignment: Any Good
BAB: +6
BSB: Reflex +6
Feats: Track
Skills: Gather Information10, Bluff 6, Survival 6
Special: Must have Legion Knowledge

I'm not sure if this is a breach of Board Rules but I don't think so since is only the requirments not the entire Prestige Class. So there you have it.

Ouch. Since my character is a ranger, this is going to be tough.

Yeah, that kind of sucks, considering Rangers make the best scouts.

The Legion Scout was designed with the intent that a ranger/rogue would give you the fastest path to the prestige class. Legion scouts are not so much the rangers of the Legion of Steel as they are the advance agents and fifth column - they set up operations in an area and know a great deal about how the area's various defenses, authorities, and information networks work.

I decided I won't be making a legion scout yet since it wouldn't really fit my character, who's more of a wilderness scout. I'll stick with a ranger/legionnaire combo.

Another question.
3) I was just checking Tobril #5 for the starting steel of the mystic and noble classes. Why does the mystic get 6d4x10? It seems kinda odd when the cleric only gets 5d4x10. Just wondering.

The Dragonlance DM's Screen booklet has the official information on starting money. It's in some stores now, or available online at www.margaretweis.com.
