My husband got a digital camera for his birthday last November, and after clearing away a lot of other errands/holiday detritus we finally used it to take fresh pictures of the currently painted minis at my website (see in sig).

PLUS!

I had painted Lord Loren "Buckethead" Soth back in September, but could not put up any picture as our new scanner was optimized for flat objects (ie anything thicker than a sheet of paper was blurred). There's no active link for him on the Ravenloft page, as I'm thinking of doing some rewriting on how the minis are presented, but he can be viewed at

http://webs.lanset.com/brandiweed/Ravenloft/soth.jpg is the correct link.

Rather good, I'd say. I like the rust colour.

Whoops, looks like the URL converter absorbed the period I reflexively put at the end of the URL post.

Rust color, hm? There actually isn't such in the Soth figure when I look at it under regular light, so maybe I'd best go back and adjust the picture some more-- for whatever reasons, some of them tended to be overly red-saturated.

Edited to add: The corrected Soth is now up.

You know, Brandi, I've always enjoyed your minis.

Keep up the good work!

The yellowish tone is still rust enough for my taste

Thank you! Ivana Boritsi's in progress now, and I've just assembled the Assorted Life Energizers to ready them for priming (and for the record, trying to glue the itty-bitty casters onto the base of the one piece of equipment is a real pain in the patookus).
