I couldn't find a board for Dungeon magazine, plus its the defacto magazine for Greyhawk info now anyway so I will post this here.

Anyone get there Dungeon on time anymore? Since December I have been consistently getting mine at least a week after the newstand date sometimes later. Whats up with the subscriptions? Paizo's customer service isn't real responsive either.

I think #108 is showing a subscriber ship date of Jan. 20th.

Dungeon doesn't have a board because it is no longer owned and operated by WotC.

Dungeon subscriptions are generally slower than newsstand copies, by about a week, so you're right on target Lassiviren.

In my experience, this is only a recent phenomenon. In the past, my Dragon and Dungeon subscriptions came a week to two weeks before newstand copies.

Apparently there was some major distribution SNAFU that is being worked out.

Paizo boards are a great idea. I think they would be a very busy set of forums if each of the Paizo magazines had a forum. But, forums cost money. And who knows about Paizo's financial situation, right now. I guess they need to focus on the magazine business, before they entertain the cyber crowd.

I always get my Dungeon and Dragon beofer I See at the hobby shop. Sometimes it is a week or two before. Sometimes it is only a few days. But I have never missed an issue since I subscribed last year, so I am happy.

This is also my experience. The last three issues have been a week to two weeks behind the subscription which works out to about three weeks later than they used to be. I think the worst of these was Dungeon 105 which came about 6 weeks after 104 for me. Just was hoping this would have been corrected by now.

Folks,

I've no idea why the magazines are arriving in the hands of subscribers after they arrive at newsstands. That's certainly not supposed to be happening. I'll keep pressuring our production folks to figure out what's happening and why.

We're working on setting up message boards at paizo.com, but it's not the first priority of our webmaster, so it's difficult to say for sure when they'll be operative. In the meantime, please feel free to post Dungeon-related queries here, as I monitor these message boards about once every other day.

Here's another Dungeon subscriber problem:

I renewed my subscription, for 3 years, shortly after receiving my first renewal notice. It took them about a month and a half to cash my check, during which time, I missed two issues. Had they not waited so long to cash my check, I doubt I would have missed those issues (I emailed both customer service & subscriptions about the check & didn't hear back for two weeks, & that only after I sent another email). I recently sent both departments another email requesting that they send those issues they missed.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

And Erik, do you know of any similar treatments of subscribers, & if I can rely on these folks to make good on their mistake?

Since we don't have boards for Dragon and Dungeon magazines, we really can't be the support boards for those magazines.

All inquiries regarding these magazines should be directed to Paizo Publishing. Here's their website:
