#2zombiegleemaxFeb 19, 2004 19:48:46 | Thanks Terinton, I completely forgot about that!! So Dragonhelm what's up with it? Have we not heard anything about it because Wizards and then SP got on the Dragonlance wagon and there not letting you? Or am I completely off and the Whitestone council is still working on it? |
#3DragonhelmFeb 19, 2004 20:17:18 | Originally posted by Vaelynn We're still working on it, although it is currently on hiatus. It seems that the development team (Cam, Kipper, and myself) have been "borrowed" by a few kender, amongst which are Jamie "Deeppockets" Chambers, Ernst "Idin-duit" Dabel, and Margaret "Tasslehoff" Weis. ;) Translation: We have all been busy helping out Sovereign Press and with the Dabel Brothers. I think you will all agree that putting out the new comics and gaming products take precedent. This isn't to say that Adlatum is history. We fully intend on finishing up the Continent of Chaos. We just need time to sit down and readdress how best to do this. So keep watching! |
#4zombiegleemaxFeb 19, 2004 22:13:40 | Ok thanks allot I haven't stopped by the boards in a while so I was afraid I missed out on it. So far the comics and DLCS stuff looks great. Keep up the good work! Oh yeah, does anyone know when the release of TheTowers of High Sorcery module will be? |

#6zombiegleemaxFeb 21, 2004 21:57:39 | Whats Aldatum? |
#7cam_banksFeb 21, 2004 23:44:53 | Originally posted by Solamnic2645 Adlatum is a third continent of Krynn, which was originally intended to be a fan-created project overseen by the Whitestone Council folks, but which later became a much smaller operation once the WC began to work closely with Sovereign Press and Dragonlance ceased to be unsupported. It's essentially a continent affected greatly by Chaos, flooded by tidal waves during the Cataclysm and notable for its monastic minotaurs, social engineer gnomes, voodoo kender and secret dragon conspiracies masquerading as religions. Oh, and the flying elves. Cheers, Cam |
#8DragonhelmFeb 22, 2004 0:17:25 | In the Age of Dreams, there was a man who was given a vision of all things to come. This man's name is lost to history, but he is known to us today as the Prophet. The Prophet wrote down his visions in the Seven Volumes, powerful artifacts that could change the fate of the world... |

#10DragonhelmFeb 22, 2004 13:14:09 | Originally posted by Kai Lord That's possible, although it would be a long ways down the line before this were to happen. There's so much to cover with Ansalon already, not to mention Taladas. |
#11zombiegleemaxFeb 23, 2004 9:22:40 | Sounds really interesting. I like the idea of social engineer gnome, I'd like to see how that turns out. Wasn't there a overview describtion at the DLnexus once? I would also like to see a official 3rd Taladas sourcebook, maybe an update and expansion of "time of the dragon". btw: Adlatum is located west of Ansalon right?, in the northern hemisphere? |
