#1zombiegleemaxFeb 26, 2004 12:54:24 | Hello everyone. I'm about to re-start an old PS campaign in 3.5 ed. I'm wondering if a 3.0/3.5 adaptation of the Incanterium sect was ever done either from planewalker.com or from anyone on these boards. I guess the most proper way of transposing the incantifer to 3.5 is a PrC much like the Dragon Disciple (since characters are changed into a different type of creature) but I'm curious about other possibilities. Thank you. |

Personally I'd go more for a template than a PrC, but that's just me. When I used any Incantifers in my campaign I just treated them as not aging but required to devour magic at a certain rate. They also absorbed spells cast at them like a rod of absorption if it failed to break through their SR. I've used a grand total of 3 of them before. One of those times led to a PC death, they're not incosiderable opponants. |
