What would be nice would be an overview paragraph(s) that explain why the seperation between the various spheres. What is the difference between Core and Inner spheres? Why are they grouped as such? Etc.

You will have to ask John Calvin who wrote the article, but one guess would be that Core Spheres are spheres near what originally was described as the Galactic Core, as MystaraSpace was originally laid out to resemble our Galaxy, rather than the SJ universe, since this was Pre S-J. Inner Sphers OTOH would refer to Crystal Spheres close to Mystaras. This would make sense especially since for example Nithia space probably originales from the Egypt-like Nithian Civilization of Mystaras historical past. Havard
