#2DragonhelmApr 05, 2004 10:48:11 | Key of Destiny takes place after War of Souls. Wizards will be around, but I doubt the Conclave has been reformed at this time. |
#3zombiegleemaxApr 05, 2004 11:14:00 | I'd be hoping that the Conclave hasn't yet reformed, myself. The party I'll be running through Key Of Destiny is likely to include both an aspirant Red Robe wizard and a sorcerer, so if the edict branding sorcerers as renegades has been issued, there are going to be some serious questions about how the two PCs can realistically work together. |
#4NivedApr 05, 2004 12:02:06 | I recall that somewhere either Chris or Jamie mentioned that all of the organizational requirements, Wizards of High Sorcery, the Knighthoods and other things would be discussed and characters would be given a chance to have all of it done at the proper time in the adventure. So I suspect that some of your answers may be answered when KoD finally comes out. |
#5zombiegleemaxApr 05, 2004 12:28:48 | There is no Conclave, per se, as it existed before the Chaos War. As mentioned in AoM, Dalamar & Jenna are working to restore the Orders, but as of KoD, they're still just getting started. That hasn't stopped multiple "local" wizards, however, from reestablishing the schools and performing "quick and dirty" Tests of High Sorcery, as the Orders are starting a hot and heavy recruiting drive (so to speak).
