#1zombiegleemaxApr 11, 2004 18:59:04 | Is there a "Greyhawk Campaign Setting" the way there is one for FR and Dragonlance? I'm sort of a newcomer, and while I know a little about Oerth from Dragon and stuff, I'm not exactly sure where the base campaign info comes from. Even though the core books are based in Oerth, they don't say much campaign-wise beyond deities. If there is a setting book, is there a 3rd-edition version? |

#4chatdemonApr 14, 2004 16:37:35 | Originally posted by theOne333 The difference between GH and FR in 3e is that the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer provides only the setting information and simple stat blocks. There's no new spells, prestige classes, races, magic items, etc. Why not? They're in the core books. What the LGG is is a big book chock full of information and adventures ideas for the setting. The LGG was also considerably cheaper than the FRCS, which is always good, and you were probably going to buy all those core books anyway, right? |
