#1zombiegleemaxApr 17, 2004 13:04:26 | Canonfire! Postfest Voting now open! Are there any rules I need to follow when voting? You bet! 1. Please include your Canonfire account name with your votes in order for us to ensure no one is voting twice. 2. Please do not vote for your own submission. Votes in this manner will be discarded. Note: Submission #5: Spikrerift is exempt from Canonfire! Postfest voting. How do I decide which is my favorite? I like all of them! Well, you are allowed to vote for your top 3 favorite! Be sure to place them in order and make sure you include the # of the entry you are voting for. How do I vote for my favorite submissions? Easy! Just email postfest@canonfire.com How much time do I have to get my ballot in? I’m not quite done reading them all, yet. Voting will be open until Saturday, May 1st. Please have your ballot in by this date. At midnight May 1st, we will be closing the voting for Canonfire! Postfest and all ballots received after this time will disqualified. How does this voting system work? Each submission vote will receive a number of points corresponding to the order on each ballot. The top favorite will receive 3 points, the second favorite 2 points, and the third favorite will receive 1 point. After all totals have been tallied, the Canonfire! Postfest submission with the most total points WINS! What happens if 2 submissions tie for the top total points? In the event of a tie each participant will receive a prize! Ok, now I’m excited! What are the prizes!? Well, we don’t have partiucular specifics since the winner(s) may already have an item(s) Canonfire! has to offer. There will be choices including an “out of print” module, **a (unspecified length) subscription to Dungeon magazine, or some other Greyhawkian goodie! Make sure to include POSTFEST BALLOT in the email’s title! EXAMPLE BALLOT POSTFEST BALLOT Abysslin 1. #3 title of submission 2. #1 title of submission 3. #2 title of submission ** Sorry, this prize will not be available for persons living outside the United States. Thanks for your participation! Let’s make this the grandest Canonfire! Event ever! |
