Who is the Artist ?

I'm trying to find out who the artist is for a specific image, as I want to gain permission before using it on a website.

The picture I am told is a Ravenloft picture. It is of a blonde haired woman kneeing on some grass in front of a church ruins. She is wearing a small white night dress and has her head thrown back. It is a moonlit night with some patchy cloud.
