#1aikijim13Apr 23, 2004 9:24:44 | Hi everyone! I'm a long time ravenloft fan who, about a year and a half ago picked up the Ravenloft Core Rulebook. Its been a while, and though I hadn't started a campaign yet, I was hoping to start working on one soon. Now I find that there is a new PHB and DMG for Ravenloft, and I was wondering if any of you have this and if it is for 3.0 edition or 3.5 edition (I'm a 3.0 player, and if I picked up 3.5 my wife would impale me.) Thanks for yer time! Jim |

The DMG is in 3.5 but there is probably nothing that was really converted from 3.0 in it as it is mostly advice and occasionally new rules. Generally its a great book that I highly recomend. One other note Denzines of Darkness/Dread. The first DoD is 3.0 but generally crappy as it was hastily and badly updated from 2E. Dread is better and features more baddies but is 3.5. |

Errors remain rampant. (Another example: Compare the HD in the ancient dead examples to the instructions on how to handle HD with that template -- there's no relation.) |
