Trying to find out if a piece of miine was published.

I'm trying to find out if an article I wrote was ever published. It would have been titled "The Secret Library of Vecna" or some such, and it would have appeared in Dragon Magazine in 1999 or 2000. It would have contained some magical items and spells.

(I am asking because I am trying to figure out what has and hasn't seen the light of day among the many files on my harddrive... so I can figure out what I can put up on my website.)

If anyone can help, I'll be grateful.

Apr 28, 2004 19:28:22 yes, it did, Steve. Dragon #272 June 2000. The 'Secret Library of Vecna' shares the cover with '3rd Edition Exclusive - Tiamat & Bahamut'. Article is on pages 52 - 57, subtitled 'Things you weren't meant to know'. The article describes 'Selected Tomes, Artifacts, and Magical Items of the Forbidden Library', and it's pretty good stuff! Hope that helps!

That review was exactly what I needed. It let me know how much in a pair of files has already seen print. Thanks much!

May 02, 2004 11:10:28 Damn now I have to get a back issue. I have been looking for this, btw been using and abusing the Vecna Reborn, Vecna Lives, and Die Vecna Die modules. Since at some point the PC's will find the Secret Library I was wondering what was already written and what ill have to add on my own. Sounds like a good review, and Ill try to remember to let you know what I added.
I am already thinking of some type of crystal experience player. Where the characters get to go back in time and play the Circle of Eight tracking down the Hand and Eye of Vecna, or his fight with Kas, etc. I kinda figured that the library could take them forever to look through if they live that long.
