#1brimstoneApr 29, 2004 12:49:54 | Hey...I know alot of you have purchased stuff from that website. I had a question. Did you get a confirmation e-mail when the item was shipped with a tracking number or something like that when you purchased your item? I know this isn't really the place to ask, but I sent an e-mail using the website and didn't receive a response (but, depending on where it came from...my fire wall on my e-mail could have trashed it), and I knew a lot of you got your DLCS and AoM book this way, so I figured someone here would know. Thanks! |

Our system generates a confirmation e-mail with your order information, which lets you know that WE received your order. Things have been running pretty smoothly so far, so that Renae generally doesn't e-mail tracking/shipment information unless asked--though she's happy to do so if you need it and very responsive to customer e-mails. You can also call directly at 262-248-2419 with any questions. We generally ship domestic orders with USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, or USPS Global Priority Mail for international orders. Other shipping methods are available by request. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't coming FedEx...because the leave the packages on my doorstep in an apartment complex instead of taking it to the main office like every other shipping company. |
