#1 zombiegleemax May 14, 2004 6:02:06	Search for Power has at least two bad stories in it; 'bout page 155 now, and of the stories I've read so far, two are bad. I'll keep this quick because I know I'm not supposed to talk about books here... but 'Lake of Death' was awful. 'Orkish war band'? Not only are there no orcs, there are no orks either, which so far as I know, are the space orcs from Warhammer 40k. And the kender was done really badly. And the story had no point. And the actual lake was nothing like it's been described anywhere else - it had a ferry going over it! Oh, and considering the fact that the book is meant to be on Dragons in the War of Souls... there were no dragons. On the plus side, Jamie Chambers' story was fantastic (although the ending was a little odd), and I know that the gnome story can't possibly be bad.
