You see,I was searching for the first Planescape Monsters Manual that I had somewhere for the dark on two particular monsters. Fact is,I think that I lost it.
Can you help me there? I need at least the name on those monsters for an incomming online game.
I think that they were kind of Gardians of the Portals. One garded the entries to the Lower Planes,and the other did the same to the Upper Planes. The first looked like a fat elephant man soldier,and the other a kind of paladin/knight with some weird spiky armor (he is in the Planescape comic made by TSR,I think-he gard the Seven Heavens and stop the paladin(?) and the egyptian lady).
Can you give me their names,and maybe point me if they were adapted to 3rd edition book(s) somewhere,and/or a website who talk of them?

Maelephant and Per. The former is in the Fiend Folio, and the latter has not been published in 3E, to my knowledge.
