I have pretty much most of it converted, it's really really not that hard, it's a simple adventure. With the SS Ravenloft corebook, plus Denizens of Darkness, and the Gazeteer for Barovia, Book of Vile Darkness (for Shadow Fiends), and some common sense it's easy to put it together
