1. Is there any region in the Flaneass that features "oriental" humans/culture? if not whats the closest thing to it?

2. Any region on Oerik that worship Eqyptian or Olympian deities?

Nothing is officially wrote on up on such regions although there is 'place holder' lands that could support oriental, egyptian, greek based cultures. These places are hinted at on the Oerth world map featured in an old Dragon magazine annual(forgot the number).
As for Olympian/Egyptian pantheons, oh I hope not since there are too many already, but so far every human culture on Oerth has had its own pantheon. I would be more interested if far flung cultures had their versions of Flanaess deities just posing under new names. Ex: Lendor='Zeus', Xerbo='Poseidon', etc.

I wouldn't... the fact that each human group seems to have its own pantheon is a point in favor of realism, which is some what important to me

Well i'm sure we can agree that we wouldn't want to see literal usage of Olympian and Egyptian deities much like the FR is prone to do.

Originally, Kara-Tur and the Oriental Adventures book/modules were set to the west of Oerik, and Frank's campaign and continent were set to the east. There were one or two other continents, but Gary never detailed them. As for Egyptian and Greek---as stated, no they were never really part of Greyhawk (although very early home campaigns of Gary's did feature a few Greco / Norse deities!)
