#1Ryltar_SwordsongJun 29, 2004 21:49:49 | Well at least for me anyway. I recently acquired On Hallowed Ground and The Eternal Boundary, completing my collection of PS products. I don't have the sketchbook or the novels, but I don't really feel the need for them. |
#2kuje31Jun 30, 2004 0:23:34 | Originally posted by Ryltar Swordsong I managed to do that a few weeks back as well, since Gray Richardson from these boards sent me Hellbound for free! Gray ROCKED! |

I remember how much I ended up paying on Ebay for my own copy of Hellbound (though some of that you can chalk up to me and a player of mine getting into a bidding war without realizing we were bidding against each other. I outbid him, but he was going to get it for me for my birthday...). *gives Gray his goat back for the moment* |

#5primemover003Jun 30, 2004 20:09:31 | I'm glad I got everything (minus the sketchbook) the first time around!!! |
#6Shemeska_the_MarauderJun 30, 2004 20:29:16 | I will pimp my players for a copy of the Dana Knutson PS conceptual sketchbook And yeah, I wish I'd gotten all of the books at shelf price the first time around. Of course at that time I'd never played DnD so... |

#12gray_richardsonJul 01, 2004 23:02:47 | I sometimes see On Hallowed Ground pop up in my local Half-Price Books store, so if I see one I will snag it for you. |
#13zombiegleemaxJul 03, 2004 14:32:39 | the first novel was okay but the other two got boring really quickly. |
#14sarig_the_genieJul 03, 2004 15:33:48 | I dream of the day I'll have a Planescape collection. I'm not 18 (thus, no creditcard) I don't live in America, so DnD books are not floating around, and I don't have too much money ): Fortunately, there's a couple of good sites around the net (: How many Planescape books are there anyway? |
#15kuje31Jul 03, 2004 16:45:16 | Originally posted by Sarig the Genie The only ones not on my list are the novels and the stetchbook. 2600, Planescape (Box Set) 2601, The Eternal Boundary 2602, Monstrous Compendium 1 2603, Planes of Chaos (Box Set) 2604, Well of Worlds 2605, In The Abyss 2606, The Deva Spark 2607, Planes of Law (Box Set) 2608, Fires of Dis 2609, In The Cage: A Guide to Sigil 2610, A Player’s Primer to the Outlands (Box Set) 2611, The Factol’s Manifesto 2613, Monstrous Compendium 2 2614, Harbinger House 2615, Planes of Conflict (Box Set) 2619, Something Wild 2620, The Planewalker's Handbook 2621, Hellbound: The Blood War (Box Set) 2623, On Hallowed Ground 2624, Uncaged: Faces of Sigil 2625, A Guide to the Astral Plane 2626, Doors to the Unknown 2628, The Great Modron March 2629, Faction War 2630, Faces of Evil: The Fiends 2631, Dead Gods 2632, Tales From The Infinite Staircase 2633, A Guide to the Ethereal Plane 2634, The Inner Planes 2635, Monstrous Compendium 3 |
#16gray_richardsonJul 03, 2004 21:30:13 | And though not strictly carrying the Planescape brand you might find the following products of tangential interest: Tales of the Outer Planes Warriors of Heaven Guide to Hell The Vortex of Madnes and Other Planar Perils TSR Jam 1999 A Paladin in Hell The Apocalypse Stone |
#17kuje31Jul 04, 2004 0:03:08 | Originally posted by Gray Richardson I'd add For Duty and Deity for FR to this as well since it can tie into the Staircase. |
#18zombiegleemaxJul 04, 2004 15:58:26 | And for the truely masochistic, there's always: Die, Vecna, Die! (Loved the title...) |

#20Shemeska_the_MarauderJul 05, 2004 1:38:30 | Originally posted by Ryltar Swordsong *laugh* I'm currently running my players through war zone taking place at Citadel Cavitius w/ the Ash sect of the Doomguard, a small force of Dustmen and some undead remnant's of Vecna's followers still there holding the city from a seige by the Salt and Dust sects of the Doomguard a massive force of undead (gathered from their wandering of the plane by some presently unknown person), a mortal mercenary army, and a Yugoloth contingent that looks to have been pulled from the Blood War directly into the seige. Funny thing is though, my players all made mock gasps of horror and surprise that I both owned Die Vecna Die and brought it to the game in order to use it's maps of Vecna's palace. ;) |
#21elonarcJul 06, 2004 14:47:47 | [not sure if this is the right thread, but since it startet with Ryltar completing his collection, I'll post here] I recently acquired "In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil", but sadly without the map. Has anyone a spare map or can get one? I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for it. Thank you. I started playing Planescape two months ago and I love it! Products I bought - Campaign setting - Monster Appendix 1 - In the Cage: A Guide to Sigil (as said, without the map) - Factol's Manifesto - Uncaged: Faces of Sigil (these were the books that sounded essential for me) - Eternal Boundary - The Deva Spark - In the Abyss - Fires of Dis Are the "Planes of ..." books good? Or is it possible to visit the planes without them? |
#22Ryltar_SwordsongJul 06, 2004 15:02:44 | The "Planes of.." boxed sets are well worth it. They expand on the planes presented within them, but they are not essential to explore those planes. Can't help you with the map, though. |
#23zombiegleemaxJul 07, 2004 11:28:25 | It looks like the Planar Handbook will be great for Planescapes fans. |
