You can find that bit of info somewhere in the Planescape campaign set, or maybe the Hellbound box set. I suggest diggin around the Sigil and Beyond book specifically. If I find it I'l tell ya where exactly myself. |
#3Shemeska_the_MarauderJul 15, 2004 15:16:50 | Not the Illithids as far as I know, but Dispater was attempting to create a replica of Sigil on the 2nd layer of Baator complete down to building details on each block of the city. Apparently he thinks that the replica might give him insight into the city, or his troops some ability to train for a seige of the city should they ever be presented with the opportunity. Dispater also had a replica Lady of Pain which as I recall was a mortal human woman kept alive by magic but with blades grafted onto and through her flesh. |
