#2frostdawnAug 02, 2004 12:48:18 | Currently running it, and having a blast doing so |
#3zombiegleemaxAug 02, 2004 13:26:48 | Cool, can you give some details. The module, your party, etcs. |
#4zombiegleemaxAug 03, 2004 14:27:00 | I am currently running the Key of Destiny module as well. My players originally had 7 members but now they have been cut down to 5 with the recent death of two of the party members. ~~~ |
#5frostdawnAug 03, 2004 15:11:08 | Pony- Sorry for not responding earlier, your question was a rather loaded one to say the least. My group consists of a human cleric of Shinare, an up and coming human renegade wizard/ thief, a half-elven fighter, a human fighter, and a dwarven fighter aiming for the dwarven defender prestige class. The module itself is rather detailed, so I won't go into it that much, but if your wondering if it's worth purchasing for running a campaign, I'll tell you, heck yeah! Unfortunately, it looks like my campaign may soon go the way of the dodo. Over the years, our group has thinned out to 4 people (not including myself). One of those people is about to bow out due to the responsibilities of raising a growing family, leaving 3 people to play. That isn't a very viable group, and the group agrees, and we don't have anyone else we know to bring into the fold. Kinda sucks, but we may be looking at the end of RPGs for the foreseeable future in my immediate area anyway. If the worst does come to bear, I'll most likely pop up here on the boards every once in awhile, to see how everyone is doing, but as it currently stands, things don't look good. |
#6zombiegleemaxAug 04, 2004 6:35:56 | where can i get this game? And is it online or just a regular game |
#7cam_banksAug 04, 2004 6:47:07 | Try this link: http://www.dragonlance.com/d20/product.asp?id=SVP-4201 That should give you all you need to know about the Key of Destiny. Cheers, Cam |
#8zombiegleemaxAug 04, 2004 6:53:09 | thank you, where did you buy your game? |
#9theredrobedwizardAug 04, 2004 7:52:16 | Probably either at his Friendly Local Gaming Store, a book store, or online at www.margaretweis.com That's where one gets things. Failing any of those, I guess he could have cobbled the module together from the spoilers threads strewn about this board. ----- Currently running KoD with the following party: Kagonesti Ranger, Half-Kagonesti Druid, Kender Cleric of Branchala, Nerakan Ranger, Ergothian Favored Soul of Habbakuk, Half-Kender Rogue/Hexblade, Silvanesti Wizard, and a Fatherless Daewar Dwarf Fighter (former Squire of the Lily). It's an interesting party to say the least. They just got out of Pashin. It's a good old time. Stupid Draconians. -TRRW |
#10calabozoAug 04, 2004 11:43:39 | my party consist of a Human fighter (Squire of the Crown), Qualinesti cleric of Sirrion, Minotaur Fighter (soon to die), Human Red Robe, Human Ranger of Khur, Human rogue. Most of my party is neutral except the Squire, I recomend for this module a GOOD party but tell that to my players. After reading Dark Thane I want a dwarf in my party so im trying to make my cousin play one :P |
