#1zombiegleemaxAug 02, 2004 15:25:39 | The new Greyhawk material in Dungeon #114 is superb. I encourage everyone who peruses this board to pick up a copy, in fact, since the subscription price just dropped why not sign up for more? I did, and to think a few months ago I was going to let my subscription lapse. If the average Living Greyhawk adventure was any where close to Jason Bulmahns "Mad God's Key" I would still be playing on a regular basis. Excellent adventure with Vecna cultists and a magical key created by Zagig himself. Anyway kudos all around for what has become a welcome source for Greyhawk lore. Oh and the write up of Lassiviren the Dark wasn't too shabby either. |
#2zombiegleemaxAug 02, 2004 16:10:05 | I just received issue #113 today.... but i don't regret my suscription, and Dungeon promise to be better and better. Thank you Mr Mona! It would be so interesting to have a (even net only) compilation of all dungeon, greyhawk related material. For instance, the city of hardby was detailed earlier. I would pay to download compiled infos of this qualities. And i would like them to become canon and integrated in Wotc line. But i fear it would need to be edited and sold on bookshelves for that. |

#4rauol_dukeAug 08, 2004 21:37:55 | I'm running Mad God's Key next weekend for my group. It seems like a really well-written adventure. Have any of you run it yet? What were your experiences? |
#5rauol_dukeAug 11, 2004 7:43:53 | Well, I'm guessing after three days of no response, that no one has yet actually run this adventure??? |
#6omoteAug 11, 2004 8:40:57 | The adventure is not too bad. I ould like to incorporate it into my current campaign, but major tweeking would need to be done. ...........................Omote FPQ |
#7sgthulkaAug 17, 2004 12:46:12 | I played Mad God's Key last weekend as part of Living Greyhawk. It was a fun adventure, probably the second most fun I've yet played in Living Greyhawk. I, too, would like to see more Living Greyhawk adventures of this quality. But then I haven't played many LG adventures, and I haven't played most of the top-rated ones, so it could be that they already exist. I also like that it's specifically for first level characters. When you're first level in Living Greyhawk you're stuck playing at APL 2, and I strongly suspect that most adventures are funnest and most challenging at different APLs. It would be nice to see more core specials made for specific APLs. |
