Not planning on running any games, was at one time, but I decided against that. Just don't have the time to make it worthwhile.

Doesn't change the fact that we can talk about our own DS campaigns or whatever till we are blue in the face. :D

What was that Jon? I didn't get it. Somehow just as you mentionned "My character did" then everything kinda blurred for a moment.
Can you post again without mentionning what your character did?

Me too, but I was hoping more along the lines of "I did this with this concept in my campaign, or, I borrowed this idea from something totally unrelated to DS and incorporated it and it worked out well/blew up in my face."

Mississippi, is were most of the afro, american bigotry came from, Louisaina has Neworleans. So thats it... Next your gona tell me that you know what the capital of the U.S. is.... Peace

Alabama, is neighbor to miss.
Georgia, is a place kinda beyond that
Florida... Spring Break
Arkansas, Clinton
Kentucky, I went there as a deserter (Ft Knox is nice)

Arizona, is west of Mexico,
Nevada is north of that
California, is currently on the western seaboard
Oregan is north of California,
Washington state beyond that
Then you have Utah and the dako.... I give up, Point is Ohio is just a puddle

Strom Thurmond?

The fact that he was against one of the biggest issues going on during that time, then yes I would have to agree with everyone.

(Now before I get acused of being a biggot

Not a biggot, just probably a typical right winger. ;)

Keeping everyone but the elite down.

Sorry, can't stand Lott, and if he is against the idea of America so much then maybe he should go find his own island somewhere...

There's plenty of cheap land in Hawaii, quite a few islands that no one is living on. Plus they tend to leave you along over there.

Got a friend that's been living over there for a few years now, we've both debated buying an island, and having our own little society on one with all our friends, etc, hehe.

As a long time resident of Findlay Ohio, I must take issue. How can you say that the state first in flight gave nothing to the union!?

And as to Mach's list, how can you not give Neil Armstrong, John Glenn, Wilbur and Orville Wright, Thomas Edison and Martin Sheen smiley faces? Heck, Martin Sheen is my President!!!!

And a word in support of Nyt. Lott is a biggot. To tie it into DarkSun, anyone ever base their Tyrian templars after Lott, Thurmond and DeLay? That would be enough to curl the toes of any player I know....

Heck, Martin Sheen is my President!!!!

No smiley for any of the Sheens. Not now, not ever. They are a social blight that will be delt with in time. And any astronaut (of which Ohio has also lent more brave people to the space program than any other state) does indeed deserve a shuttle smiley, or star smiley. A smiley for Edison though, just isn't enough. There's no little gif facial art that can appropriately sum up this man's contributions to society.

We also lay claim to Nancy Cartwright, the voice of Bart Simpson, as well as Ed O'Neill, hero of men the world over as Al Bundy (who is even from my own hometown), Ted Turner, and ace WW1 pilot Eddie Rickenbacker.

It really was a good time, to everyone who didn't get a chance to make it out there.

Me, Nyt, and Penn are going to try and pre-plan a little better for next year. Getting registered was a one minute proccess, unlike last year's ordeal.

We're going to try and set up a few DS games for next year as well; at least two, maybe more (don't want to spend the entire con just running games).

If you are planning on going next year, its more than worth it to bring a few cameras. Eye candy abounds in quantities that simply baffle the average geek gamer.

The three of us managed to find the mini DS box set out there (which I hadn't thought actually existed). Its about 4x4 inches and contains a miniature version of everything that originally came with the box set; maps, flip books, fiction, etc. Very cute little addition to the collection. Never did see the rumored Deadlands book. Bumming though that I didn't pick up the new Paranoia XP book before it sold out.

Anyhow, hopefully a few more people will be able to make it out there next year. If so, I'll see you there.

Definately very good eye candy this year, more so than last year's.

We will definately have to get some DS games going, as well as a Paranoia game going next year.

Hope more of you decide to come. :D

Probably should pick a meeting place instead of relying on writing your nick and other info on those small badges that most people don't pay attention too.

The mini DS boxed set was interesting to see, I didnt know one existed. If I do go next year it wont be with my local buddies, tension, and attitude was flairing by the time we got home (12 hour drive) Also I heard there was an econolodge about 1 and a half miles from the convention center, is this true, cause I figure 10 people in that should be cheap, then I could actually spend money. To the rest of you, if you can get up there, and not get F*c#ed for this or that it might be a good time, and when your down play "are you a werewolf" its fun and chicks play.
