I remember reading this novel way back in '93. Her name was Erzebet if I remember correctly, and patterned after Countess Bathory to a degree. It was a helluva good book, and she screwed a lot of people over.

What exactly was her full name again, what would her 3.X stats be (I remember she was deadly with poisons).

That would be Ilsabet Janosk, add "baroness" by the end of the book.

I think she received 2E stats in one of the Kargatane's old netbooks but can't remember which one.

If I had to convert her to 3.XE, I would go for something like:

Human female NE Aristocrat/Wizard/Alchemical Philosopher 2/3/5

And what domain was she in again, and where would it be on the new RL map?

Kislova.

It's not in the Core, so it's probably an Island. It's too big for a pocket domain.

EDIT: I just checked, it was described in the Kargatane's Book of Souls, p.77

Obviously you have these books in front of you right now. I have to go back and buy them all again. What was the last of them written? Was it War with Azalin or Spectre of the Black Rose?

Actually no, I just happen to know a few good websites with all the info :D

I do believe the last novel was Spectre of the Black Rose but don't quote me on it ;)

Could you perhaps direct me to one or two of these sites? I'd like to check them out.

Nope. You know what they say, a good magician never reveals his tricks :D

j/K ;)

You might want to start by exploring this as it contains links to most sites useful for that kind of research. Good digging!

The Domain of Kislova was included in the Kargatane Netbook "The Book of Souls".

I am "QUOTE"ing you on it because you're right. It was. A shame that they revamped the look of the novels and then cancelled them after the first one. It looks out of place on the shelf with the others.

I personally think they should have kept the novel line because I used to use the descriptions of the domains found in various novels.

It is indeed a PrC. You can find it in Van Richten's Arsenal.

You'll need to set up a new formula for the Alchemical Vampires she is creating but that shouldn't be too tough.

Thanks for the info. I'll look it up. I plan on making her the villain in my next RL game.
