#1eaglosSep 14, 2004 7:52:14 | Greetings to all! I have just finished reading Weasels Luck, Galen Beknighted and Murder in Tarsis. My questions concern items and locations that are included in them. So regarding the Galen duology any info, official or not, about: 1. The dices that Galen used (any charts out there?). 2. The black opals that could show you the past. 3. The Crown that the Que tribes used (stats, abilities anything). 4. When all 13 stones are placed on the Crown one could "Have power over life and death" or something similar. Any ideas about that? 5. Tallus the dale worm. When I first read about Ansalon been planted on the back of a giant worm I could not believe my eyes! It is something really amazing and I cannont understand why they haven't used Tallus in other novels. Was it because of "politics" or the novel is not considered cannon and so they dropped it? ------------ Regarding Murder in Tarsis 1. Any underground map that depicts the Tarsian dungeons were Tarsian dwarves lived 2. Any info about those dwarves (special abilities, stats...). 3. Info about the place were the black dragon was slain. The description of that place was awesome and it would make great gaming material. 4. Any info about the merc's cursed armour. 5. Stats for the snake thing that the party fought below Tarsis. 6. Info about the "binding" spell and the ring (fist of something) that the merc used to "bind" his assasin. 7. Info about the "Truth fiend". ----- I know it's a lot and I want to thank in advance everyone for any contribution. Take care |
#2zombiegleemaxSep 14, 2004 8:38:41 | I am not sure about anything in the Galen books, which were great. What time period do they include in their story? |
#3eaglosSep 14, 2004 19:31:38 | Roughly, between Cataclysm and the the Chronicles trilogy. Is that 4th age or before? |
#4zombiegleemaxSep 15, 2004 10:18:54 | So is Galen an ancestor of Sturm? |
#5eaglosSep 16, 2004 9:00:15 | Do not think so. His is a Pathwarden. I cannot remember any connection between Brightblades and Pathwardens |
#6talinthasSep 16, 2004 12:06:45 | you know, aside from the part where he becomes the adopted son of brightblade? |
#7zombiegleemaxSep 16, 2004 14:36:45 | Yeah, he is a Pathwarden-Brightblade. |
#8theblackrobedarchmageSep 16, 2004 15:07:39 | Look for the description of the Brightblade to unearth the truth of Sturm's lineage. The knight who isn't a knight isn't really descended from any either, check it out, it's in one of the new books out. |
#9true_blueSep 16, 2004 15:16:46 | He is descended from a knight considering his father was a knight. All that story means is that Sturm isn't related to all the Brightblades throughout history. His lineage is still just as prestidious though. |
#10zombiegleemaxSep 16, 2004 15:34:23 | So the Brightblades that Sturm is related to were not in the knighthood for very long. Are there different clans of Brightblades in Solamnia or how does that work? |
