#2brimstoneNov 03, 2004 17:24:39 | I don't know about the official possition...but if I had to guess, I 'd think they'd wait until after the Taladas Trilogy by Pierson was completed. Unless of course that trilogy doesn't take place in the now...then just ignore me. |

#6ividNov 04, 2004 6:30:23 | Also, Does anyone have any characters adventuring on the continent of Taladas as of now(Utilizing the online Taladas information.) ? Taladas is a wonderful place for DM, as you have total freedom to do as you want! I DM a group of Dark Knights searching for an artefact of Zeboim in Armach and Thenol and plan to do all my coming DL campaigns on Taladas. I currently gather sketches for a campaign In Abaqua and later on the Rainward Isles. I personally don't think they should start to exploit that setting as they did with Krynn. Just leave it to Mr O'Rance! If they do, I'll switch to Adlatum or simply drop DL for a less known d20 setting, such as World of Gaile. |
#7zombiegleemaxNov 04, 2004 8:52:08 | What is the word on the Taladas sourcebook ? Right now there is nothing scheduled in the way of a Taladas sourcebook. It is something we might like to do in the future, but that is way off on the horizon. Jamie Chambers Sovereign Press, Inc. |

#9zombiegleemaxNov 04, 2004 10:57:00 | Right now there is nothing scheduled in the way of a Taladas sourcebook. It is something we might like to do in the future, but that is way off on the horizon. Innovative things such as this(A Taladas Sourcebook) I(And it appears others as well) would support wholeheartedly. Hopefully this is the path the company has decided to take(It is certainly a much more lucrative one.) rather than worrying about a bunch of useless revising of books which already exist as a part of the DL(v.3.5) product line. ~~~ |

Dear Sir, *OMG I am writing to Jamie Chambers!* If you allow me to express this friendly critique, I would say the main problem of DL at the moment is the lack of new campaigns and adventures. If you ever were to publish such a book, please support it as quickly as possible with some adventures. Taladas is a promising background, but the available books yet give a ton of good ideas for homebrew campaigns! What Taladas adventurers would need would be a good campaign (and that does not mean that we convert KoD to fit in ;) ) Yours, A long -time Taladas supporter |
#11zombiegleemaxNov 04, 2004 12:19:26 | Ivid, There are currently three gaming modules out that deal specifically with the Age of Mortals. You can find the first one(The others have not been published as of yet.) on the DragonLance website here: http:www.dragonlance.com ~~~ |
#12ividNov 06, 2004 10:08:17 | Ivid, Thank you! But would you mind to give me the exact link? I can't find them on www.dragonlance.com! |
