Since they were Nycaloths, they should have reformed on the Gray Waste eventually. Have they been laying low since then? They might well be arcanaloths or even ultraloths by now. That's an angle worth pursuing. I've always been under the opinion, however, that they weren't really yugoloths, but members of a fiendish-appearing race called Pervects: wizards, engineers, and industrialists from a material plane called Perv. And Myth Drannor should properly be called M.Y.T.H. Drannor - the acronym stands for Magikal Young Trouble-Shooting Heroes, and refers to the cross-planar organization the elves contracted to build it. |
