I think its a neat idea and would show a draconian who wanted to become more powerful through leeching power from dragons. Granted, killing a dragon all the time wouldnt be so easy for a draconian, but what about a powerful spellcasting draconian with a horde of followers who hunt down dragons and wittle them down, with the spellcasting draconian eventually doing the killing blow. I just thought it'd be a neat plotline, just wanted to know if it was possible since the requirements are for the person to be a dragon, and thats what draconians are. |

Beyond that, there's no specific requirement that the creature with the feat be a true dragon (i.e. one which advances through age categories) instead of, say, a draconian or dragonspawn, or a particularly smart wyvern or tylor.
