Is it me or the DS community is in a dormant state?

Nov 20, 2004 11:56:53 I have been going through the DS web site... Not much update.
I am looking here, the forum, it's pretty calm. It used to have much more post than that.
The mailing list is somewhat active, but not much about Darksun. It as been awakened to talk about the good ol'time.
As it's been said, the athas.org peoples are almost unactive (except jon! No lightning bolt :D )

Soooo, what's up with us?

I am slowly looking at what's beeing done right now. I am pretty dormant myself as well.

Even a good old kank such as 'defilers should be more powerful than preservers' rocked our silt skimmer for a couple of days. It's just that the action has been focused around a small number of threads. :P

PS: When are you going to update your links page? My site is updated several times a month, but your links page says something completely different.

Nov 20, 2004 13:59:03 Been mostly lurking here for a bit, topics just haven't been jumping at me. Plus, some RL issues around here have drummed up that need to be dealt with, and a game I've been waiting for release for a couple years now finally will be on Tuesday.

Nov 20, 2004 18:46:35 First 5 levels of my DS campaign were wrapped up just before the summer. The group alternates DM's about every 5 levels so right now I am playing in a celtic campaign and next up is a FR underdark campaign, so DS hasn't been on my mind too much. I'll probably do another stint next summer. By then Sandstorm should be out too. I also can't wait to see what Cyrus9a does with the map of Balic and I'm hoping that I'll get a look at Dregoth Ascending in the next year or so as I've got a great high level plot lined up

Geez you are right, I used to have more update of my links than you add for your web site... hum something wrong here. JON STOP UPDATING!!!!! Hum. No. I will try to update before Chrismast. Am still working on this slaves stuff. Gotta need some help to finish it, again.

Nov 22, 2004 15:16:27 I've just been busy lately and burned out on gaming overall.

Hell the group is looking into maybe switching to a Shadowrun game soon and playing boards games like Axis and Allies and things like that to just have a reason to hang out and such.

Going to jump on the lifeshaped stuff with Mark helping once we get an edited TotDL out the door though.

Need to get some sort of home high speed internet access as well in order to accomplish that better.

Don't expect any updates to the site for a long time, I want to totally redo it and am debating how to do that without it being a pain.
