#1CyrissDec 16, 2004 14:44:11 | Is there a list (official or fan made) with names of Planar drinks & food? I could write up my own, but it's more fun to read what others have created. |
#2zombiegleemaxDec 17, 2004 19:57:07 | Cubic Bread from Mechanus (also comes in planar, linear, and point varieties, but most people just aren't filled up by 2, 1, or 0 dimensional food) Live Baatorian Land Squid Hatchlings (Spicy and juicy, but you have to keep swallowing for a half hour to win the meal) I could think of more, but I'm hungry myself. To the kitchen . . . |
#3lord_of_the_ninth_02Dec 18, 2004 3:07:57 | There are some in Brix's Guide to Sigil on Mimir.net Go to the Drunken Dabus. |
#4zombiegleemaxDec 18, 2004 4:40:45 | There also was an entry concerning goods for sale in the Market Ward on planewalker.com - maybe you'll find something in there, too. |
#5gadodelDec 27, 2004 19:29:05 | You've got to try Baatorian Candy. Asmodeus is probably the best at making it. I've a sweet tooth and that damn fiend knows it. It is tempting to skip dinner after having it. No, seriously...Elysium Ale is the best. Find a blood named Samm Addams, he'll hook you up. |
#6mithral_icesilver_02Dec 28, 2004 15:05:30 | I tried to make four-dimensional ice cream once, but the modrons kicked me out of the restaurant... Clockwork oranges are great, if you're part rust dragon. But then, most cagers don't mind the occasional metal bit in their pie. (reference to the play with the modron and the bakery over at Barmy to the Spire) I'm partial to Bytopian Cinnamon Bread myself. 'Specially with rasins. They always make me catalogue the library when I go ask for some, though. There's this one shop run by a musteval in the Market Ward that sells great Ysgardian pralines, though I'm almost postitive the basher has a Louisiana accent. And right next door there's a lantern archon that sells these weird cookies. Taste like toffee, but their not sticky. And the guy sounds like he's from Switzerland. Oh, well. I'm not complaining. |
