They are Suel descended so blond and fair complexion matches viking stereotype very well as does what you can glean from their culture and religion. The Scarlet Brotherhood has some info on the Suel Gods that are predominantly worhsipped in Rhizia. Kord, Llerg are among them IIRC. The Sagard the Barbarian Gamepath books by Gygax feature a conan-type barbarian from Ratik BTW.

(been at sea for 5months with nothing but dungeon & dragon subscription)
