#1cragJan 10, 2005 13:46:57 | Let me say, LGG is Great Something has been bothering me like a splinter, I can't reach. I noticed that in the LGG Ahlissa entries: LGG Entry Grandwood, Marchland of Princess Bersheben Torrich Principality of Prince Dilweg Torrich but in Ivid the Undying Princess Bersheben stronghold and lands are in Forinn is this a simple misprint?? I haven't really looked but I am sure someone out there has, anyone else found other LGG 'misprints" ;) . |

From Ivid the Undying: Bersheben's Lands/Forinn From her home at Forinn, a village which is rapidly growing to town size with 1,900 people, Princess Bersheben commands a sizeable army. Many minor Darmen nobles hold tracts of land within Bersheben's fief, and they stay tight-lipped about her. None of them like her, and through the years several attempts have been made on her life. She has evaded them all, and some will quietly refer to her as "Bersheben the Undying." She laughs at such a title, but in truth she is as evil as Ivid himself. If her powerbase is growing why would she up and leave making it easier to be assassinated, not something I see a savy Darmen noble doing? Could it be technically Forinn is still a village? |

Basically, to create the United Kingdom of Ahlissa, Overking Xavener reorganized the lands that were once fiefs of the Great Kingdom of Aerdy. Thus, while Princess Bersheben, aka Bersheba, of the Celestial House of Darmen likely retains her ancestral seat in Forrin, in CY 590, Xavener decreed that the Marchland of the Grandwood Forest be administered from Torrich. PS - Thanks for the opportunity to review the Lands of Darmen section of Ivid! |
