it appears to be working OK for me here. Though I still can't access it to make an update which is really annoying.

That's been what? A couple of weeks now that you haven't been able to access the site to update it? Curious...

I last successfully updated December 2. I started trying doing the next update December 30 so almost three weeks now.

Web Part Error: One of the properties of the Web Part has an incorrect format. Windows SharePoint Services cannot deserialize the Web Part. Check the format of the properties and try again.

Anyone else having troubles like this?

try going directly to the homepage rather than through the apsx file. the direct link to the homepage is

http://www.mystaranet.jamm.com/vaults/html/HOME.html

even without the problem this page has always been a lot quicker. I will get on to Jenni and see what is happening.

Jan 31, 2005 2:28:15 The Vaults are viewable again from the main page and they've just been updated too. Although everything isn't back to normal (I still can't update them myself) at least there's an update there.
