#1zombiegleemaxFeb 22, 2005 12:28:25 | I have a PC who has a PrC concept but I'm unsure about whether or not it already exists. He's a rogue who is interested in a kind of Indiana Jones type PrC. Is there anything like that in an already existing product? Thanks, Tamora Amberleaf |
#2SysaneFeb 22, 2005 12:38:03 | Isn't there a tomb raider type PrC in the Complete Adventurer? |
#3clarkvalentineFeb 22, 2005 12:54:17 | I have a player in a non-DL game I'm running who is modelling that with a multiclassed Rogue/Master Sage, where Master is from the WOTL sourcebook. It's not a PrC, but otherwise it's pretty much exactly what you want. (You could conceivably use Ranger instead of Rogue.) |
#4zombiegleemaxFeb 22, 2005 13:29:32 | You could use the Dungeon Delver from Complete Adventurer, and the Thief-Acrobat too, same book. I suppose throw in a little Exemplar, and you're all set. |
#5zombiegleemaxFeb 22, 2005 14:02:49 | Or use the easiest solution of all. Let him be a rouge. Rouges are very different from one another, everyone has their own area of expertise. The rouge's massive amount of skill points makes it to customize him/her to whatever need you have. |
#6zombiegleemaxFeb 22, 2005 14:56:29 | Thanks for all the suggestions! He doesn't really *need* a prestige class, we just thought it would be nice to look around at what's out there. Tamora Amberleaf |
#7zombiegleemaxFeb 22, 2005 22:25:02 | I think the best fit would be combo Rogue/Master class and the Temple Raider PrC, with a feat or two devoted to the whip (Exotic Weapon Prof, Weapon Finesse, or Weapon Focus). I want to say the PrC is out of the Complete Divine but I just loaned out all my Complete books, so I can't comfirm or deny that. |
#8raistlinroxFeb 23, 2005 3:47:29 | Yes, it is in the Complete Divine, pg 68. |
#9WizardmanFeb 25, 2005 23:26:14 | The PRC that springs to mind is the Extreme Explorer from the Eberron CS. |
