I'm running a game using the athas.org 3E Dark Sun rules and monsters (not 3.5) One of the players wanted to play a Bard and go nuts with poisons. Finding that the poison table in the 3E DMG and 3E Song and Silence books where a bit limiting I decided to make my own poisons. I put it in a spreadsheet here for everyone to look at/use (if anyone still plays Dark Sun 3E): http://eugene001.home.comcast.net/extras/poisons.xls I basically went through the athas.org monster book for 3E and took all the monsters poison and put it in there. I decided on the cost and the DC to create by the availablitiy of the monster (e.g. cistern fiend is very very rare) and deriving these values from near equivalents in the DMG's and Song and Silence tables. I'm sure everyone has tone of opinions, corrections, additions, but that's why I have it in excel - feel free to change it for your needs. The player in my game was very happy to see this, so I hope you will be too! E
