#1zombiegleemaxMar 21, 2005 16:14:40 | Was flipping through Hyperconscious for Malhavoc yesterday at my FLGS - was wondering if anyone thought it (all of it, but especially the adventure) would work well in Dark Sun? I'm currently running a 3.5e game and I'd like to maybe pick it up before the PCs get to 7th level (in a month and a half or so). The adventure synopsis seemed adaptable, but I'm not sure about all this Dream stuff. How compatible would it be with DS? |

Although Adapting BRC's adventure will change the world of Dark Sun considerably since you are dealing with the Dark Plea; which is trying to make sure it exists. The Shallows and Dream have to be added in order for the adventure to work. The Dark Plea also has to be added in some fashion, so in addition to Dregoth, you have the Dark Plea as a contender. Finally, if you want to run the adventure as written, you have to add a meteor strike to Athas at some point, taking out the Oraculus (obviously, you can't take out the Oraculus without putting one in!). |
