#1alhadisApr 27, 2005 2:21:16 | Okay, first of all, I'll admit to not knowing anything about Dragonlance aside from knowing it has cool artwork and Goldmoon is hot. >_>; *cough* Anyway, I saw the icon for the Dragonlance forum and recognized it from the forum-related image I posted above. I'm simply wondering if it was originally an artwork from Dragonlance, or I'm just seeing things. Thanks to everybody in advance! ^_~; - Alhadis! |

#3ranger_regApr 27, 2005 3:26:31 | Looks like Keith Parkinson's version of Raistlin Majere. Correct me if I'm wrong. |
#4jonesyApr 27, 2005 3:26:44 | Black Robe Raistlin Majere. In other words: you can't get much more Dragonlance than that. :D |
#5orodruinApr 27, 2005 4:32:41 | Looks like Keith Parkinson's version of Raistlin Majere. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's Clyde Caldwell's painting, actually. For "The World of Krynn", the book that contained the infamous adventure "Dargaard Keep" (which featured a Kitiara as a penanggalan, and a Tarrasque in Soth's cellar...) :P |
#6zombiegleemaxApr 27, 2005 4:43:09 | is that a picture from the somethingawful.com forums? |

It's Raistlin setting the village on fire, from the Legends trilogy. Cheers, Cam |

#9shugiApr 27, 2005 19:38:40 | Yup, but apparently the side-effect of casting the spell is that your hand emits Force Lightning. ;) |
#10alhadisApr 28, 2005 22:21:08 | Alright, thanks for clearing the matter up for me, people. ^_^; Like I said, I know next to nothing about Dragonlance (although I'll honestly admit from what I've seen, the setting boasts some of the most impressive artwork I've ever seen). And no, I didn't find this image off the Somethingawful.com forums (you would've seen the site's logo on the image otherwise. XP), but I recall finding it on somebody's personal stash of forum-related images. Y'know, the ones like bunnies wearing pancakes on their heads, and whatnot? I run constant Image searches collecting them, as I'm gonna archive them to my site once it's uploaded ^-^; *grin* Currently, I think I have well over two-hundred images (I haven't actually counted). In other words: you can't get much more Dragonlance than that. Then I suppose you should've referred me to the message displayed in the image's context, aye? ;) |
#11wolffenjugend_dupApr 28, 2005 22:47:27 | Actually, IIRC, the tarrasque was in one of the uppermost towers of Soth's castle. Which made it even more unbelievable! |
#12raistlinroxApr 30, 2005 12:02:46 | I like this picture, it's my avatar over at the dragonlanceforums.com |

We actually had "World of Krynn" though, so I figured I'd go with the one I was sure of, especially since it was the best thing about the module! One of my favorite scenes from Legends! |
