Dragon Warrior
The dragon warriors are the elite defenders of Ur-Draxa. They exist solely to obey and serve their lord and master, the Dragon of Tyr. Dragon warriors are held the greatest esteem by the populace of their city. The fanaticism in which they strive to accomplish the Dragon’s bidding is legendary and renown through out the Valley of Dust and Fire and beyond.
Most dragon warriors are either fighters or rangers who have climbed through the ranks of Ur-Draxa’s social and political infrastructure, though they can hail from any class. A great number of them consist of warriors, however, an occasional templar or member of another class is not uncommon.
Dragon warriors can be encountered in Ur-Draxa, or scouting the desolation of the Valley of Dust and Fire. After the death of the Dragon and the creation of the Cerulean Storm, some of their number fled to the Obsidian Citadel located the Sundered Regions. Dragon warriors are a proud and arrogant organization and view all others in contempt. Even though the dragon warriors work well with each other they are not beyond back stabbing one of their own in order to advance in station.

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the dragon warrior.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A dragon warrior gains no new weapon or armor proficiencies. Mounted Attack (Ex): A dragon warrior can always attack on the same round as his bonded roc, and is not required to make a Ride check to in order to do so. Bonded Roc (Su): Dragon warriors gain a +10 competence bonus on any Handle Animal checks made to train rocs. Additionally, the character forms an empathic bond with his roc mount that resembles that of a druid and his animal companion (see druid class for details). As he advances in level, the dragon warrior’s bond with his mount strengthens, and both gain more abilities. The dragon warrior may only have one bonded mount at a time, and the roc with which he has this bond must be one that he personally trained. Sneak Attack (Ex): At 2nd level, if a dragon warrior can catch an opponent off guard and unable to defend their self effectively from his attack, he can strike a vital spot for extra damage. This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. This extra damage increases to +2d6 at 5th level. If a dragon warrior gets a sneak attack bonus from another source the bonuses on damage stack. Fight to the Death (Ex): At 3rd level, a dragon warrior gains the Diehard feat as a bonus feat, even if he does not have the prerequisite feat. Blessing of the Dragon (Su): Beginning at 4th level, a dragon warrior applies his Charisma modifier (if positive) as a bonus on all saving throws. This ability does not stack with similar abilities. Frightful Presence (Su): Starting at 5th level, the sight of a dragon warrior riding his bonded roc can unsettle foes. Creatures within a radius of 30 feet per point of Charisma modifier (minimum 30’) are subject to the effect if they have fewer Hit Die than the dragon warrior. A potentially affected creature that succeeds on a will save (DC 10+dragon warrior level+ Charisma modifier) remains immune to that warrior’s frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failed save, creatures with 4 or fewer Hit Die become panicked for 2d6 rounds and those with 5 or more Hit Die become shaken for 2d6 rounds.
