#1pringlesMay 12, 2005 18:28:36 | I'm running an unexpected game tomorrow. Its with my usual group, but only two people can show up. One play a thri-kreen water cleric, the other play a fighter lawfull good human. They are presently in Tyr. They are ennemy with Tithian that want them to dissapear. They also have problem with some elven tribes. I need some idea for a quick game. A plot, opponent etc. |

I think that it would be a fine time for King Tithian and the elves that your PC's have offended to become allies and put to the test the old saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend!" The King outfits the tribe’s best rouge and gives them the information that two of the elves enemies are in the city. Enough said- the elves get a change to take out someone they hate and possibly make a future ally and the King gets to sit back and either watch his own foes die or carry on knowing that there is no direct like from the elves to him. |

The item I used was a Decanter of Endless Water. PCs ended up with the item, but then spent the next several adventures fighting off the same groups they were competing with to get the Decanter in the first place. They ended up trading it to get one of their party members raised form the dead. :D |

Indeed. I ran both of these adventures (as well as several others from that product) for my players, and had lots of fun with both. |
