where are they listed in the dmg? i can't seem to find them anywhere! i'm looking for the rules on severe heat and cold, abyssmal, etc that are referenced in the dmg. help! pwease?
pg. 302 & 303 of the DMG deal with cold and head dangers, however frostburn and sandstorm get into better detail.
