#2HuginMay 15, 2005 18:34:09 | Interesting!!... |
#3CthulhudrewMay 15, 2005 19:21:26 | Wow- a whole new site. Guess this solves your updating problems, eh? Just out of curiosity, are you paying for the hosting/bandwidth of the site, or did you find someone to host it for free? If the former, I'd certainly be more than willing to try and help out with the costs somehow. Email me off-board if you'd rather not discuss it here. |
#4stanlesMay 15, 2005 19:51:49 | Wow- a whole new site. Guess this solves your updating problems, eh? hey yeah it get's past that problem and it's also cool to have an actual domain name and everything. Yeah I am paying but it was a lot less than I thought it would be, like a lot less, so I'm cool with it. But thanks for the offer, I really appreciate that. |

Well- if you ever need any help with the site, in any form, please don't hesitate to ask. I'd love to be able to give you a hand in any way- the least I could do for all the years you've been so diligent and dedicated to preserving Mystara for us the way you have. Don't know if we tell you enough, but thank you for all your work! |
#6thorfMay 16, 2005 1:01:04 | Don't know if we tell you enough, but thank you for all your work! Let me be the first to second that. Shawn's work is especially important for those like me who occasionally drift away from Mystara, and a few months/years later come back looking to see what we missed. Thanks, Shawn! :bounce: |
#7stanlesMay 16, 2005 5:23:45 | cheers guys |
#8zombiegleemaxMay 16, 2005 6:19:10 | Yep, thanks Shawn for all your dedication to Mystara in all these years! You're certainly not far from completing your own Path of the Epic Site Manager! ;) |
#9zombiegleemaxMay 16, 2005 7:34:48 | ... Fabulous, Shawn! This is excellent news! To echo Andrew, if you need help in the future, let me know! Geoff |

#12CthulhudrewMay 16, 2005 18:10:31 | Doesn't make sense to me - I don't speak French... I'm not too sure, either, but it didn't look too complimentary. I notice c3dlc just registered today, so it could be a troll... |
#13katana_oneMay 16, 2005 18:41:05 | Great domain name, stanles! I'll have to update my links page on my site this week! Which reminds me, I've been talking about getting a real domain for my own Mystara site for months … |
#14stanlesMay 16, 2005 19:33:04 | Great domain name, stanles! I'll have to update my links page on my site this week! it wasn't my first choice put the obvious one was taken, this one just came next |
#15spellweaverMay 17, 2005 4:32:36 | it wasn't my first choice put the obvious one was taken, this one just came next ?? I think this is rather good, what is the "obvious" one? :-) Jesper |
#16havardMay 17, 2005 11:41:14 | ?? I think this is rather good, what is the "obvious" one? mystara.com? In any case, good to see this up and running, especially with the problems over at its last location. I hope the Vaults get to stay where they are for a long time now though. Places like this need stability. Oh and I'm with Cthulhudrew about how we appreciate the role of the Vaults. I couldn't bear to see that place disappear. Håvard |
#17stanlesMay 17, 2005 17:30:22 | mystara.com? yep that's the one yeah I hope so too, a bit of stability back into things now will be a good thing. |
#18culture20May 17, 2005 21:55:25 | Paypal can do wonders if you ever tire of paying for the Vaults. It's the Mystara I always return to, just like Thorf said. |
#19havardMay 18, 2005 12:29:02 | Hmmm... www.mystaranet.jamm.com is apparently up and running.... As is the Vaults section there.... Håvard |
#20zombiegleemaxMay 18, 2005 15:58:14 | Hmmm... Just a dead link to me |
#21stanlesMay 18, 2005 17:01:10 | Hmmm... yeah it came up with the March update earlier in May but by then I'd already decided on my present course of action. And of course at the moment I still don't have access to the mystaranet.jamm site to remove the Vaults and maybe put up some sort of forwarding page. |
#22havardMay 19, 2005 5:30:56 | yeah it came up with the March update earlier in May but by then I'd already decided on my present course of action. And of course at the moment I still don't have access to the mystaranet.jamm site to remove the Vaults and maybe put up some sort of forwarding page. A forwarding page from mystaranet.jamm sounds like a good idea. Is anyone other than me worried about Jenni? Håvard |
#23stanlesMay 19, 2005 6:16:17 | A forwarding page from mystaranet.jamm sounds like a good idea. yeah hopefully things will work out for her |
#24gazza555Jul 07, 2005 9:37:20 | It might be an idea to ask whoever's in charge of these things to update the link in the Mystara link in the 'Other Roleplaying Worlds' board to point to Pandius.com rather than mystaranet.jamm. Never mind... I see it's being redirected. :embarrass Regards, Gary |
#25stanlesJul 07, 2005 22:35:35 | It might be an idea to ask whoever's in charge of these things to update the link in the Mystara link in the 'Other Roleplaying Worlds' board to point to Pandius.com rather than mystaranet.jamm. I have asked for that one to be changed ... a number of times ... |
#26HuginJul 20, 2005 23:02:24 | I meant to do this earlier, but I noticed the Vaults of Pandius have been updated! :D |
