#1pringlesMay 29, 2005 21:43:03 | Last night, in my game, the dwarf player-character (lvl 6) was killed. Since he had a focus, I made him roll a d100 (lvl6 x 5%/level=30% chance of turning into a banshee) he rolled a 7%. So I made him the Dm for the following night in the game and he attacked the player with his character turned into a Banshee. He nearly wiped out the party (composed of a mul gladiator lvl 9, a thri-kreen cleric lvl9 and a human fighter lvl 5). Well it was really fun and a blast. Banshee are very deadly. Anyone had the same experience with a player turning into an undead? |
#2squidfur-May 29, 2005 22:42:50 | Anyone had the same experience with a player turning into an undead? Actually, a player of mine had his character die (a half-giant gladiator). He was risen as a thinking zombie. My other players are yet to cross paths with him, though. Can't wait... |

THeres enough backstabbing with an elf dimension dooring humans off plateaus into the forest ridge, the halfling wanting to eat everyone, and an evil templar trying to get a particular party member killed (all in an old campaign). |

I think it would be quite entertaining to have a group of Undead attempt to enter a City-State, and try to act "normal". Or they could do the quick explosive end - act as undead would normally act, attract the wrong kind of attention, and end up being destroyed at the hands of Clerics/Druids or enslaved by Templars (or even Sorcerer-Kings?) |
