#1themrblackJun 30, 2005 15:29:18 | The start of this threadbegan in the Campaign Workshop Section, I thought I'd start posting it here instead however since it is Greyhawk related. A short synapses, I'm running a Greyhawk campaign at the moment that will be shifting dramatically. See the above link for full details. What I'm going to be posting here is the campaign happenings and log to share with a few others who were interested. Thanks! Bill =) |

I think there would be a great irony in that. Imagine. The illithids darken (or extinguish) the sun to be able to live aboveground. They think it will allow them (and their minions) to conquer the other races easily and rebuild their lost empire. No luck though as the Deathlords (whatever they are) use the opportunity to conquer the world.. and as they are undeads, and undeads are an illithid's worse opponent, the mind-flayers find themselves quickly defeated. Eh, the illithids could even offer an alliance to the PC, even lying to them by blaming the undeads for what happened to the sun. Great idea though, I am curious to see how it will turn out. |
