Attack Bonuses

For my campaign, I have limited the attack bonuses to:

Skilled: +1 Primary/Secondary
Expert: +2 Primary/Secondary
Master: +3 Primary / +2 Secondary
Grand Master: +4 Primary / +3 Secondary
