Destruction of Old Alphatia - The Baba Yaga story
by Ohad Shaham(lonely forest somewhere in Denagoth, Wilhelmine wears common clothes and standing out side a hut with a fence and skulls on it)
Wilhelmine- "Baba Yaga! Oh great Ogress of times
forgotten! Here the plea of a child of fire!"
(The hut starts to wiggle and then rises on its bird like legs and
starts to dance)
Wilhelmine-" Baba Yaga! Oh powerful sorceress from days of yore,
subduer of dragons Destroyer of the Enduk empire! I Wilhelmine
Vlaardoen of the Braejr nation, Implore you to listen to my
request."
(Wilhelmine quietly activates a protection spell)
Baba Yaga- "You..... want a child......"
Wilhelmine- "Yes, great witch. You are truly all knowing."
Baba Yaga- "There is......... a price......"
Wilhelmine- "Of course, mother of ogres, I bring with me the Staff
of Eiryndul, stolen from the hated elves."
Baba Yaga- "That is..... not...... enough....."
Wilhelmine- "What else would you ask? I can you all the riches of
Linden!"
Baba Yaga- "In twenty years time........ there will be a war among
the humans........ the greatest war since days of Lehomar..... the
immortals ...... wrath is ..........coming.........."
Wilhelmine- "Continue oh wise killer of gods, what do you want me
to do?"
Baba Yaga- "In the city of the wizard-queen...... you
will..................................."
Wilhelmine- "You can't be serious?! the whole continent?!"
Baba Yaga- "Drink this potion......after being with your
male............ you will have a daughter...."
Wilhelmine- "A daughter! Oh thank you.."
(Wilhelmine is standing alone in the forest. Baba Yaga's hut is no
more. She teleports back to Glantri)
