Keep in mind that the Breakage is only 5% under the limit of weight if stressed(sudden pull, scrapping, falling, etc), and the given extra percentages for each of the extra given weight added
Burning rope (or rusting wire) is 50% basic breakage, and the weight limit is halved. Then check as normal breaking for each extra weight over that limit.
