Lining up precataclysm and postcataclysm globes
by RylethI've been playing around with maps lately, trying to get an idea of the shape of Skothar. I made these images to get a sense of the differences between the Hollow World precataclysmic map and the Master's modern map.
Equirectangular, scaled and cleaned for visual alignment, not accurate distances.
Globe, centered around the Known World. I aligned it this way based on the Arm of the Immortals, the Serpent Peninsula, and Bellissaria. It seemed to be the best fit. The Isle of Dawn lines up pretty well too, but Davania is pretty far off, and Skothar is unrecognizable.
