Flying humanoids that band together to raid the cattle and plague the fringes of civilisation. Darkwings lair in dark caverns or in the high peaks of mountains, where they await the setting of the sun to hunt their prey. Despite their intelligence, they show no remorse for the depredations that they inflict upon the local peoples. They appear to be medium-sized bipedal humanoids, with bright green scales covering their naked bodies. Large, leathery wings, and a short tail complete its nigh demonic appearance. Gleaming red eyes, and a mouth full of sharp teeth instils a natural fear in all who behold them.
Combat
Snatch (Ex): When two Darkwings attack one opponent while flying, they may grab without provoking an attack of opportunity.
Light Sensitivity (Ex): While in the presence of a light spell, Darkwings suffer a -1 circumstance penalty to all attack rolls, Saving throws and skills checks.
Skills: Darkwings have a +4 racial bonus to Hide checks at night.
