The gazetteers made me fond of Mystara.

Comments: This site is great, I am currently running a bunch of games set in Mystara. The only thing I would surgest is cleaning up the organization, while everything here is incredibly helpfull, it is not very Newbie-friendly, and it took me a little time to get used to it.

Good Luck,
Ryan

Comments: First off, I would like to express how valuable your work has been to me. I am a thirty-something father of two boys who have recently taken an interest in D&D. Most of my own play has revolved around the Forgotten Realms setting.

However, when my boys wanted to learn how to play, I felt it would be more entertaining to go back to basic D&D and enjoy all the old adventures and settings I used to love. Your website has been instrumental in our creating together a world to adventure and learn in. Most of the source material you offer can only be obtained piece by piece on Ebay. I also love the original story content and adventure ideas found here. The maps have been very helpful as well.

Overall, I just wanted to tell you that your work is appreciated, and it has helped me to introduce my children to the joys of D&D.

Sincerely,

Corey Connell

Comments: For the longest time I considered the Gazetteers as dead products. I bought the last of them, and was soon in the Military. It never occured to me, to look for others who might still use the setting. I found out by accident, while searching for other Gazetteers that I might not have known about, so I could round out my collection. Imagine my surprise, when I found out the setting I was using for many years, was called Mystara, and that there were people still using it.

Thank you for keeping this web page up and running. I've got a Broken Lands story that I am writing for the group I am gaming with. It is here

Have a good one, and keep up the good work. If you have some website tasks you want to delegate to someone, let me know I'd be glad to give you a hand if you need/want it.

Comments: I never knew Mystara exsisted until some years ago when I came across Galantri just before the world became extinct. I have searched book stores, yard sales and flea markets hoping to find some fool (or maybe, if I was lucky, his mom)to discard anything on this rich land. I have been searching in vain through engines using search words like RPG's, and D&D with nothing being specifcly for Mystara. Finally, just said, give Mystera a try. THANK YOU!!! and as the new CA Gov. once said in a less political venue, "I'll be back."

Comments: Please try to include more updates (if they are sent). Especially on the background of the OD&D game. Also more of the planular themes (again if they are submitted...) like the inner planes, outer planes, Immortals, and the dimensionality of Mystara. I have enjoyed wandering from topic t topic for hours on your web site. I would love to download the whole thing and browse it offline (cursed with dial-up currently).

Comments: There are a lot of modules being created in the game called Neverwinter Nights that are being re-done from some of the old original modules that we all remember playing: Into the Unknown, Keep on the Borderlands, Against the Giants, Isle of Dread, etc.

I would like to see research, links, etc. for this game, and the modules, etc. that relate to Mystara.

Comments: First off, Thank you. D&D was the first RPG I ever started playing (and running) and Mystara was the world we used. I've always enjoyed this world and, even though I play little D&D anymore, I do plan to use this world for a different fantasy game. I must say this site has become an invaluable source of information on such a great world.

Again Thanx and keep up the good work.

Comments: This is the most complete Mystara site I have yet to come across. This site has been such a valuable resource for my campaign world I can't remember what I did before finding you. The Atlas section is wonderful, but could be improved by a greater balance of coverage particularly of nations in the same general area e.g. Glantri and Ethengar border each other but the number of articles about Glantri far outweighs those of Ethengar. Complaints not withstanding, please keep the updates coming, your work is appreciated.
