Greater Phoenix

The first is to use the version found in the Monster Manual II, which is slightly different and more powerful than the OD&D version, but a suitable challenge for higher level characters. The second is to advance the lesser phoenix, which would produce a closer representation of the OD&D greater phoenix, if somewhat less powerful than the MMII version.
